Terms of Service.

CompanyForm helps founders set up and run businesses in the UAE — including company formation, banking introductions, residence visas, accounting, tax, and PRO services. We act as a facilitator and agent, preparing and submitting applications to the relevant government and free-zone authorities, banks, and partners on your behalf. We do not issue licences, visas, or bank accounts ourselves — those are granted solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities and institutions.

• Estimates are indicative. Prices on our website and cost calculator are starting estimates, not binding offers. Your final quote is confirmed in writing before you engage us.
• Government & third-party fees are separate. Authority, free-zone, bank, medical, and Emirates ID charges are set by those third parties, may change without notice, and are payable in addition to our service fee.
• Payment. Fees are due as set out in your written quote or engagement. Work typically begins once the agreed fees are received.

By engaging us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents;
• Cooperate with identity verification and anti-money-laundering (KYC) checks;
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and legitimate business activity;
• Comply with the laws of the UAE and any other jurisdiction that applies to you, including your home-country tax and reporting obligations.

Approvals, licences, visas, and bank accounts are granted by government authorities, free zones, and financial institutions that operate independently of us. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, or processing time. Timelines we share are good-faith estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Fees already paid to government authorities, free zones, banks, or other third parties are generally non-refundable once incurred, as we cannot recover them. Refunds or cancellation of our service fees are handled per the terms of your specific written engagement. If an application is declined by an authority for reasons outside our control, third-party fees remain payable.

Our website content and general guidance are for information only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. UAE and international rules change, and your situation is unique — you should obtain independent professional advice before acting. US persons in particular should consult a qualified US tax adviser regarding worldwide-income and reporting obligations.

The website, its content, branding, and design are owned by Venture Ease Business Set Up LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompanyForm and Venture Ease Business Set Up LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for outcomes determined by third-party authorities or institutions. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompanyForm and Venture Ease Business Set Up LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your unlawful use of our services.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable free-zone or arbitration provisions in your written engagement.
